Who we are
A crew that answers the phone and finishes the job.
We're an experienced, professional and reliable team working out of Township Drive in Burleigh Heads. Most days that means plumbing. Some days it means the plumbing plus everything the water touched on its way through: the floor, the balcony, the bathroom.
Our customers keep coming back for the same reasons. The work is neat, the pricing is fair, and somebody in the office keeps you in the loop from the first call to the final report. One family has had us back for job after job over the last few years.

Repairs
PipeworkWater mains and burst pipes
Replacing a main that runs the length of the block, even when it sits under a stamped concrete driveway. We cut and lift what's in the way, do the repair, and put it back so you barely see we were there.
OutdoorDrainage
New drainage around the outside of the house, trenches dug and pipe laid. The kind of job you only notice when it's missing, usually in the middle of a storm.
RenovationsBathroom renovations
We do the plumbing, including the tricky parts, and can line up a tiler and painter so the whole renovation runs smoothly.
Clean waterWater filtration systems
Whole-of-house filtration, including UV systems, so what comes out of the tap is clean and free of bacteria. Installed on hillsides, bush blocks and brick walls alike.
Make goodWater damage and repairs
When water has already done its damage we keep going past the pipe: new flooring after a leak, balconies repaired and waterproofed ready for render. One crew, start to finish.
A job worth telling
The water main was under the driveway. The driveway is still there.
One customer needed the main water pipe replaced from one end of the property to the other, and part of it ran under a big stamped concrete driveway. Instead of breaking it out, the crew cut and lifted the concrete blocks, did the repair, and set them back.
“They were able to neatly cut and lift the concrete blocks out to do the repairs, so that we didn't need to re-concrete saving us thousands of dollars and we can barely see it.”
Lynda has since had more work done with us, including Reid getting out quickly to stop a leak, fit new taps and plumb in a dishwasher that the retailer couldn't connect.
